Well we screwed up somewhere.... Matty and i were both sick last night. We were both up he was cranky and i had a Horrible stomach ache. It took most of the morning but we found out what it was... I made meatloaf I used all home made products in it ( my own breadcrumbs etc) but we still had a reaction within an hour of dinner. after some discussion with a friend and some label reading we found that MY BRAND of Worcestershire sauce had a nondescript label on it it says "natural flavorings" Frenches however says "natural flavorings (soy)" on it SO two tablespoons of this stuff in 2bls of ground beef and breadcrumbs was enough to invoke a reaction. GOOD to know a week before Matt has a followup with a GI specialist... However BAD for us.... it was a long night BUT by 3 pm today we were feeling better....
I failed to get a weight this day :(
