Yep its time for a diet update. my scales have not moved. an ounce here or there up and down. but pounds... NOPE!
I re-assessed my calorie counter site (here) and adjusted my activity level thinking maybe for my activity is to low for the amount of calories I am taking in.
well that dropped my calories that I need to loose weight down to 1700/ day. thats all fine and dandy folks I'm only taking in between 1200 and 1600. that is measuring every thing. and even accounting for the cake intake and the frosting. i'm not cheating on recording it because i CANT eat that much!!!!
Here is a copy of my nutrition report from the site as you can see there is only one day I went over my calorie intake of 1700 by ALOT of calories and that was the 11th and i had an extra onion bagel with butter that day.
I guess now i need to tweak what i am eating, up my protein and cut back on my carbs? because i am certainly not loosing anything this way. even still though, my average calorie consumption is 1400, that is 300 cals under the amount i need to loose weight.... and i have made no cutbacks to what i am eating. I eat what i want and measure it and record it.
Last evening (7:00) I said to steve "Wow I am really hungry..." he told me to consult my cals and i had only eaten 1075 calories all day including dinner, so i had a snack that brought me up to 1200.
As I dorked around with the site i thought to myself how many calories do i have to eat to Maintain my actual weight...2,128!
Since I am maintaining, I am either not recording on the average 660+ calories a day OR there is something screwy going on. I have been saying for years, that i dont eat that much. SO....
I dont want to hear anymore crap about how I eat too much
I have heard that for the last 10 years, apparently its wrong!
