I agree with the kitty. there is nothing like a good sandwich. And My Doc said my throat was going to get sore with the radiation. you know what? HE WAS RIGHT! but he also said that I would loose weight while it was sore...in the words of Bugs Bunny....

I actually managed to gain a pound back. now i could brush this off at "oh im eating so much less since my throat is so sore" But thats too much BS for even me...
Milkshakes, Icecream, yogurt as a snack not a meal.... honestly I'm just putting in a whole lot more calories. because I varied what I normally eat.
I dont normally have this stuff in the house BECAUSE when it is I Gain! so back on the old diet HORSE and try to REIN it back. oh that was a bad pun....

Thank you for the encouragement! I know that this weight will come off it is simply getting well enough to be able to do it! With only two radiation treatments left I know that soon I will be on my way!
